My order did not arrive
Our orders are shipped through partner carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from them. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any issues arise, please contact the processing carrier or your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number or email us at webshop@catinthebagrecords.com and we will send you the link to the tracking number.
A different product has been delivered

Do products come with a warranty?
All our items come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at webshop@catinthebagrecords.com

EXTRA INFO:
· We ship as soon as possible. Normally that will be within 3 business days after receiving the payment.
· We are not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged during the trip (we always try to find the best solution!)
Which carrier will deliver my package?
We work with Postnl. If your order is destined for a location outside the Netherlands, it will be delivered by a local carrier. Typically, this is your national carrier.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the processing carrier with your tracking number. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us at webshop@catinthebagrecords.com or Whatsapp +31(0)642911267.
RETURN & REFUND
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you can't send back the item(s) within 14 days, please reach out to us via webshop@catinthebagrecords.com before the 14 days return period is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. External costs may be made by customs. These costs may vary depending on the country of delivery. Cat In The Bag is not responsible for any of these extra costs. All these costs are for the purchasing party.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ONLY with return form
All returns must be accompanied with a filled-out return form. There should always be a return form included in the shipment. If not you can DOWNLOAD one here.
Damaged & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at webshop@catinthebagrecords.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
